In 2005 we made a decision to implement an IT solution to meet our requirements into the foreseeable future. It needed to be mainstream & scalable. We chose a leading accounting package (Sage ACCPAC) & the best CRM system we could find (Sage CRM) to suit our needs.

After the initial installation & shake down phase we found there were many customizations we would like & needed to drive the business forward. We were frustrated by consultants that did not either have the time to understand our requirements or the skills to implement the solutions.

In April 2008 we were introduced to Mobile Route Solutions. They made us feel that that they were really interested in helping us achieve our business goals. With their guidance we looked at how we were currently using our systems & identified the areas where we could make the big gains.

Together we worked out a plan to achieve our goals within a reasonable time. Mobile Route Solutions even convinced us to discard some of the customizations we already had in place because they were holding us back. We worked out a budget & negotiated a fee structure that gave value to both parties.

Although the major part of the project is now complete we know that as the business develops there will be an ongoing need for new management reports & fine tuning of systems. We look forward to working with Mobile Route Solutions well into the future.
